I choose to live life on my own terms: How? workshop of the week

I Choose to live life on my own terms

We all looking for change as we desire to grow and create better relationships, better health, better life style and find inner peace, no matter where we are. The question sometimes is where do I start? Join me in an empowering and intense 3:1/2 hours workshop. Leave with skills and tools to start building a new life. Lets start now and together:

Starting now, I choose to have specific rituals to create new habits in order to live life on my own terms. These rituals and habits will change as I develop them and reach my goals. As I set a new goal I will change my rituals to build new habits and will change my habits to new ones as I inspired to do so. My goals are just my visions of my preferred life but I am not attached to the outcome, instead I am totally open to something better or maybe totally different. My vision is my motivation to take inspired actions. It is natural that these actions bring up a better or different outcome that creates the same feeling and joy as my vision does.

In this work shop you learn and will create your own guidelines for your own desire , for instance:

  1. Wake up time
  2. First thing to drink in the morning
  3. Fresh air and exercise
  4. Food and vibration
  5. Take time to relax and exercise breathing every hour.
  6. Before and after sleep give yourself an hour of no technology/news.
  7. Connect with nature every evening

Habits:

In general, habits are behaviors that are self generated or as a child we develop them with our family and/or surrounding society. A habit is a decision that someone makes at some point, and then stops making but continues doing. So, for instance, the first time you had coffee at work, it was a decision. The 40th time, it was a habit that occurred, essentially, unthinkingly. The first you decided to drive, you had to give it some serious thought and decision making. The 40th time, it happened automatically.

Rituals:

  • Self-generated: Developed by individuals to adopt for a reason. It is a personal decision. By choice we pick up rituals to build a habits to change our life, reach a goal or create something of desire. Move beyond social conditions and be who we are.
  • Patterns developed by an external source. Adopted for reasons that might have nothing to do with decision making. Thanksgiving, Christmas dinner might celebrated with turkey. Not much related to our desire, choice or decision but because society has indicated that’s what we eat on these days. Some make the sign of the cross when praying, others hold hands not because it makes our prayers more effective, but because that’s how we learned to pray. Socially conditions behaviours that are now somehow are more of a comfort zone.
